At Rooted Realm, we believe that suffering is not caused by pain, but by resisting pain. We all have varying degrees of trauma trapped in our bodies, weighing us down and causing pain and negative emotions/thoughts. By processing this trauma and becoming more aware of your inner workings, you will find alignment and a greater sense of peace and ease. Awareness leads to healing. 

Using a mix of psychotherapy and physical therapies, we’ll address physical, emotional, and mental sticking points to encourage whole-body healing that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit. With every option, together we will explore your healing journey and I will always meet you where you are. This is your practice, your body and your healing journey.


Alignment Assessment

This is a wonderful place to start. After filling out the intake form I will access your body’s information, examine your astrology, Human Design, dosha qualities,  chakra energy system as well as any areas of imbalance I pick up on. Next, you will receive a  personalized assessment via email to assist you with  beginning to uncover your healing path.  This  customized variety of offerings is meant to help bring your mind, body and spirit to more harmony and balance.

What’s included in your $55 investment:

  • Resource guide including yoga poses, breath practice, or meditation practice

  • Information on Ayurvedic approaches that  help balance your dosha

  • Overview of your astrological qualities

  • Human Design composition overview

  • Tips and tricks to guide your healing journey


Root

Focus on the physical body and areas experiencing pain and discomfort. We’ll discuss pain centers and imbalances while exploring the ‘why’ that may be held in the pain and how to release this dis-ease. 

What this session may include:

  • Body assessment to dive deep into areas of physical pain

  • Uncover what may be trapped in the physical body

  • Release of tension and discomfort

  • Build ease and balance in specific areas of the body

  • Work through yoga asanas (postures) that will support your healing

  • Explore doshas and how this shows up in the physical body

  • Breathwork and meditation practices

After our session you will receive:

Are there clarities you are seeking to find your true alignment and purpose? This customized offering focuses on emotional and mindful practices and integrates approaches like Inner Relationship Focusing and Somatic Attachment work. Together we’ll explore your ‘inner landscape’ to assist you in finding  more grace and self-compassion.

This offering focuses on embodiment and includes taking a deeper look at your physical and emotional body. We’ll work to shine the light on your true, highest Self. We’ll get to know all of your guiding parts (mind, body, & spirit) and how you can build loving relationships with all aspects of you. We will be healing mental, physical, and emotional discomfort.

Opening healing to:

  • Understand and connect to your authentic self to gain more self-compassion, self-love, and increase feelings of confidence and clarity

  • Recognize and claim your worthiness and learn to listen inward

  • Dive into your Human Design and how this can guide healing

  • Explore your dosha and how this can guide your physical patterns

  • Explore the Yoga Sutras and Asanas to develop a personalized practice
